CHBC Architecture were instructed to provide full working drawings for this 34 unit development in Cambridge. The development comprises of two and three storey houses and 2 apartment blocks specifically designed for over 55’s living. The Code For Sustainable Homes Level 4 site has a standing seam roof finish throughout which is complimented with areas of zinc cladding.
