The Marconi site is a 437 residential scheme but also includes in the region of 100,000 sqft of retail and office space. There are various forms of construction utilised across the site which also included the refurbishment of the existing 1912 Building, Water Tower and Power House. CHBC Architecture were commissioned to undertake the working drawing package for the whole development.
