Cinderella Works, Worcester

CHBC Architecture were originally instructed as design architects following a previous Morris Homes project in Warwick, which had a similar concept of retaining the front wall and rebuilding apartments behind. We were originally asked to look at a two storey solution but managed to persuade the planners to accept a further storey adding another 6 apartments to the scheme. An instruction for full working drawings followed a successful planning application.
